1 Infrastructure Keys & Access

Crucial Step: Grant AI System Access

Our AI needs permission to view your knowledge base and modify your calendar. Please copy our system email address below and grant it access:

  • 📅 For Google Calendar: Go to Settings -> Share with specific people -> Add email -> Select "Make changes to events".
  • 📄 For Google Doc/Sheet: Open your document -> Click "Share" -> Paste the email -> Select "Editor" -> Click Send.

Telegram Bot Token

  1. Open the Telegram app and search for @BotFather.
  2. Send the message /newbot to start the creation process.
  3. Follow the prompts: give your bot a display name and a username ending in "bot".
  4. Once created, BotFather will give you a message with your HTTP API Token.
  5. Copy that token (it looks like 1234567890:AAH_XYZ...) and paste it below.

Telegram Admin ID

  1. Open Telegram and search for @userinfobot.
  2. Start the chat or send any message (like "hello").
  3. The bot will instantly reply with your account details.
  4. Find the line that says Id: 123456789 and copy just the numbers into the field below.

Google Calendar ID

  1. Open Google Calendar on your PC.
  2. Click the Gear icon (⚙️) -> Settings.
  3. On the left, click the specific calendar you want the AI to manage.
  4. Scroll down to "Integrate calendar".
  5. Copy the text under "Calendar ID" (usually your email or ends with @group.calendar.google.com).

Google Doc ID (Knowledge Base)

  1. Open your Google Document containing your Knowledge Base.
  2. Look at the URL in your browser's address bar.
  3. Copy the long string of characters located between /d/ and /edit.
  4. Example: docs.google.com/document/d/THIS_IS_THE_ID/edit
